Nature of Junk Food, XRD and SEM of Lipase

In this project, total fat content of different junk food were studied and their results are compared with CSE and manufacturer results. Free fatty acid was calculated using acid value method, lipase structural and surface features were studies using X- Ray diffraction and scanning electronic microscopy.
Pre-Clinic Trials At UIPS
Starting January 2012
In this project, pre-clinical trials were done to study arthritis and diabetes and different markers were studied to see the drug (Goniflex) efficiency.
